Care & keeping it looking new
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Never iron directly on the print — press inside out on low heat.

- Faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? That is on us. Send one photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you in full — you pay nothing and send nothing back.
- Not in love with it? We take returns too. Message us within 30 days, keep the item unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, and we refund you once it reaches us. Return shipping is on the buyer for change-of-mind returns.
- Orders go to print fast, so tell us within 12 hours if you need to change or cancel one.
- Personalized pieces are made only for you, so we can refund or reprint them only if they arrive faulty or different from the text you submitted. Please check your spelling before you check out — we print exactly what you type.

Will the print crack or peel?
It is printed straight into the fabric, so it stays put — wash it inside out and it outlives the garment.
Can you ship it as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we ship it with no price on the invoice.
How fast will it arrive?
We print in 1–5 business days and delivery takes 2–5 business days after that.
