Refund & Return Policy
At KimiGift, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are custom-tailored and personalized specifically for you, please review our refund and return guidelines below:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g. broken suncatcher, cracked mug), defective, or with printing errors that differ from your submitted customization, we will issue a 100% refund or a free replacement.
To request a refund or replacement for a damaged item:
- Contact us at support@kimigift.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item showing the print/engraving error.
- You do NOT need to mail back the damaged item; we will handle it immediately.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
We begin production on personalized items almost immediately. Therefore, you can only cancel or modify your order (change names, dates, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order is locked into production and cannot be modified or refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Since our items are permanently customized, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
- The customer provided spelling errors, wrong names, or incorrect dates during checkout.
- The customer selected the wrong apparel size (please refer to our Sizing Guide before ordering).
- The customer changed their mind after the 12-hour grace period.
4. Processing Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
