At KimiGift, we strive to deliver your personalized orders in the fastest and most secure manner possible. Please read our detailed shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

Because every single item in our store is custom-made, printed, or engraved to order, our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons (such as Father's Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas), processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Times (United States)

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, standard delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation containing a unique tracking link (USPS or FedEx). You can check your delivery status directly by following the link or using our Track Order page.

4. Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@kimigift.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

5. 2026 Holiday Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Ordering a gift for a special date? To allow for personalization, production, and peak-season carrier volume, we recommend placing your order (US delivery) no later than:

These dates are our best recommendations, not guarantees — carrier delays during peak season are outside our control. Orders placed after the cut-off will still be produced and shipped as fast as possible.
