Cancellation & Modification Policy
Every KimiGift item is personalized and made to order, so production starts quickly after you check out. Here is exactly what can be changed, and when.
1. The 2-Hour Window
You can cancel your order or change any detail free of charge within 2 hours of placing it — personalization text, photos, size, color, quantity, or shipping address. Open a support ticket (or email support@kimigift.com) with your order number and the exact changes.
2. After 2 Hours
- Personalization & product changes: once your item enters production we can no longer guarantee changes. Contact us anyway — if production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to catch it.
- Shipping address: can usually be corrected any time before the order ships. After shipment, we cannot redirect a parcel.
- Cancellations: orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.
3. Mistakes In Personalization
Please double-check names, dates, and spelling before ordering — items are printed exactly as entered. If we made an error (the delivered item doesn't match what you entered), we will replace it for free or refund you in full under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
4. How To Request A Change
- Include your order number (e.g. #1234).
- State the exact new details — full spelling of names, corrected date, new address, etc.
- Send it via the support ticket form for the fastest handling (9 AM to 5 PM, Mon–Sat).
