Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my item?
On the product page, fill in the personalization fields (names, dates, photos, or your custom note) before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling and dates — your item is printed exactly as entered.
Can I see a preview before it's made?
Most personalized products show a live preview on the product page and in your cart (tap "Preview" on the cart item). If you'd like a manual proof, mention it in your order note and we'll email one before production.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing the order (before production starts). Open a ticket with your order number and the corrected details. See the full Cancellation & Modification Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How long until my order arrives?
Personalized items need 2–5 business days of production, then 5–10 business days for US standard shipping (longer for international). Full details on the Shipping & Delivery page, including holiday order deadlines.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page any time.
My tracking hasn't updated in days — should I worry?
Tracking can pause for 2–4 business days while parcels move between carrier hubs, especially in busy seasons. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, no need to send anything back. Email a photo of the item and your order number within 30 days of delivery. See the Refund & Replacement Policy.
Can I return a personalized item I simply don't like?
Because each personalized item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a defect, a print error on our side, or the item isn't as described, we'll refund or replace it.
Sizing & Products
How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
Our apparel is unisex standard fit. Measurements for every size are on the Size Chart page — when in doubt, size up.
How do I care for my personalized product?
Apparel: machine wash cold, inside-out, tumble dry low. Drinkware: hand wash recommended; not microwave safe if it has a metal or vinyl design. Specific care notes are on each product page.
